Girl meets boy

chanced upon this amazing new book by ali smith. since i've read another of her books and loved it, i figured i'd give this a shot. it did not disappoint. i took it all in within a day, and it was witty, funny and far from a typical love story. i'm now officially a fan. she is well on her way to become a literary legend of the twenty-first century. she's amazingly witty, and i felt pulses of pride in picking up the little puns she laid along the way.
this particular book is one in canongate's myth series, where ali smith retells the myth of iphis (eye-feez). go ahead, pick it up. it definitely won't disappoint! (:
